My goal for this piece was to redraw an old idea I had of two of my original characters who are young adult brothers that both have electric superpowers. Kevin, the older brother (left) can create lightning while Lake, the younger brother (right) can summon electrified dark matter.

"A fish out of water" is a common idiom suggesting that you are in an unusual environment or situation. I took this phrase more literally by placing the fish outside of water into a chilling yet serene winter environment. Logically the fish would never encounter or survive in this position.
